Dave Barratt Ltd. won the National House Building Councils supreme award for the best single build home in the U.K. for 2015.

This award is for site management, quality and attention to detail. The N.H.B.C. inspect the project throughout every stage of the construction.

This is the first time the individual award has been won in the North East. He gave us this certificate in recognition of the windows and doors we made for this award winning house.
